業者ってどこまで信用できるのか???

「仲介詐欺」の疑い
９月５日に私が掲示し、９月７日に取引した商売が不履行になりました。
大雑把な流れでいいますと、
１．メールのやりとりをする。
２．入金して貰う。
３．アデナを渡す。
ここまでは一般的な話ですが、取引を終えて
夜になると、振り込んで貰った方から電話があり、
「取引はまだですか？?とありました。
こちらとしては、健全に商取引を終えたつもりでも、
(リアルマネーを貰う→アデナを払う）
振り込んでもらった方にしてみたら
（リアルマネーを払う→ばっくれ）
という形になっているので、お互いに警察署の方に
相談することになりました。
相手側の話を聞いてみると、どうやら私とは
別のサーバーの方らしく、こちらの掲示板に
買いでスレッドを掲示していた模様です。
ここからは重要な問題になると思うのですが、
ある一つの可能性として【仲介詐欺】がある。

アデナ売り→→→第三者←←←←←アデナ買い
アデナ譲渡→→→→第三者 振込み

第三者を介入しての詐欺である可能性です。
もちろん、私が詐欺者であると警察に判断されて
しまう訳にはいかないので、
?メールでの取引状況を警察に提出し、
?実際にアデナを渡した状況をNCJにメールし
現在調査してもらっている所です。
この２点を証拠として詐欺罪という冤罪を
防ぐ気満々ですが、
振込みをした方は、第三者を確定しなければ
いけないのです。
要するに、私の視点からしてみれば
リネージュを媒介としたオレオレ【振込み】詐欺
になります。
かなり長くなりましたが、仲介詐欺を有効に防ぐ
取引方法が思い浮かびません。
